This issue has now been resolved and the panel is functioning normally. The cause of the problem was related to the new software its self, a change was made related to how machine ID's were handled that was not properly accounted for. The panel is now mostly functioning, you can access your machines once again via the control panel, however there is an outstanding issue related to the display of your machine status in the panel. We will continue to update you as this problem moves towards a resolution.
